Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it from our warehouse to your door.

Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may shift due to carrier delays, weather, or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping Costs

shipping costs Mirewood offers free standard shipping to all 48 contiguous U.S. states on every order. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Brand new, unused, and unassembled
• Returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories
• Accompanied by a return authorization issued by Mirewood

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can issue your return authorization and provide instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely at our warehouse.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
