Mirewood Shipping Policy

 

This policy outlines our procedures for the delivery of your Mirewood living room sofa. We strive to provide transparent and efficient service for the delivery of your high-quality furniture.

 

1. Shipping and Delivery Options

 

Due to the size and weight of our sofas, all orders are shipped via specialized Freight/Home Delivery Service. We offer the following delivery tiers:

2. Order Processing and Delivery Time

3. Delivery Scheduling and Communication

4. Inspection Upon Delivery (Crucial)

 

It is essential that you thoroughly inspect the item for any damage or defects BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.

  • If Damage is Found: Clearly note the specifics of the damage (e.g., "Tear on left arm," "Puncture on box") on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. If the damage is severe, you have the right to refuse the damaged item. Please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at yazenhalik0@gmail.com.

  • No Visible Damage: If the packaging appears intact, sign the receipt. If you discover concealed damage after the carrier has left, you must notify Mirewood within [48] hours of delivery for us to file a claim.

  • Failure to Inspect: Mirewood cannot be held responsible for transit damage if the damage is not noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
