Is the shipping free?
Yes — free standard shipping on every order to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses.
When will I receive my item?
Orders ship within 72 hours of confirmation. Once it leaves our warehouse, most deliveries arrive in 7–10 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
Can I change or return my item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return your sofa. To get started, email support@mirewoodco.com and we'll send instructions within 1 business day. Need to change your order before it ships? Reach out within 24 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to update it.
Are the couch covers machine washable?
Yes — every cover, including the seat cushions and the base, is removable and machine washable. Wash cold on a gentle cycle, air dry, and re-fit while about 90% damp so they keep their shape.
Is this sofa good for pets and kids?
Yes — the tightly woven performance fabric is snag- and stain-resistant, and because every cover washes in a normal machine, fur, spills, and accidents come off easily.
How durable is the fabric?
The performance cotton-linen blend is lab-tested to 100,000 double rubs — most sofas rate 60,000 or less — and is free of PFAS “forever chemicals.”
