Every cover comes off and machine washes at home

Every piece ships with covers that unzip and go into a household washing machine, including the seat cushions. Covers are sold individually, so a single stained panel never means replacing the piece.

Will a Valen piece connect to a Halo sofa?

No. Halo and Valen pieces use the same connection system but have different seat profiles, so pieces should stay within their own collection. If you own a Halo, use the Halo modular pieces.

Which piece do I need to turn a straight sofa into an L-shape?

Add the storage ottoman at one end for a chaise, or add a corner piece plus a middle seat for a full L. The corner piece decides which side the L faces.

Does the Valen ottoman have storage?

Yes. Every Mirewood ottoman opens with a lift-top to a hidden compartment for blankets, pillows and remotes.
